Whiskey's Roost
One of the larger rooms in the house, The Whiskey's Roost has been recently remodeled with lucious faux-mahogoney trim and a sensuous cardinal maroon finish. What is perhaps more fascinating however, is the origin of the room's name. There are many stories that have been proposed as to the genesis of the name , "The Whiskey's Roost." However, only one is true.
Once Upon a Time, a House Dog nicknamed 'Whiskey' would stare from the lone window of this spacious third floor room, longing to chase the bitsy squirrels that scampered below. As fate would have it, and for reasons unbenownst to Phi Kapps to this very day, one sunny afternoon he took that leap. Miraculously, he survived and became a hero and champion of all those who dare to do the impossible, to be "Just The Best." Unfortunately, within the week the same stunt was repeated, and poor ol' Whiskey bit it.
Since the death of Whiskey, the room has been rechristianed in his everlasting memory.
