Brewery

The Brewery is a single on the third floor of the house. It is bright, colorful and has a good bit of storage for the size of the room. The Brewery is very well insulated, so it is comfortable and quiet all year round. The room includes shades on the window overlooking the back yard and UCI parking lot for privacy. A unique feature of the room is that one whole wall is a cork board, so items can be tacked up without damaging the wall.The room was remodeled in 2006 by Jon Manuzak.
