Ballroom

The Ballroom is the largest room in our house. While it could easily hold three people, it typically is claimed as a single. It is one of the most highly sought after rooms due to its large size.

It has undergone serious renovation from a number of brothers. Many years ago, Alumnus Eric 'Spoo' Pinzur started these renovations by installing a door between the Ballroom and the Whiskey's Roost. This was done to create an exorbitantly large social room.

In 2005, alumnus Zachary Rose created a large hole in the wall. This prompted Benjamin Chodroff to rip down the wall and ceiling in an effort to improve it. Not realizing the scope of the project, it was deemed a failure when he had to abandon it due to a Co-Op opportunity.

Gregory Szorc resumed renovation in 2006 by completing the ceiling drywall as part of the third floor renovation.
