Abyss

One of the smaller rooms in the house, the Abyss offers a commanding view of our neighbors The Western Reserve Historical Society through its dual Italian style windows, while also offering unique acess to the house's fire escape ladder. Track lighting installed center of the two support beams that flank the ceiling offer pleasent mood lighting as well as giving the room a dash of flair.

The Abyss is also one of the many rooms in the house that offers steam heating, allowing the room to stay at a comfortable temperature despite the harshest of Cleveland's climates. The room was recently repainted by Ian Gould in 2005.
