Observatory

The Observatory, possibly named because of a resident's ability to know what is happening around the house due to its central location, is one of the largest individual rooms in the house. The Observatory is slightly larger than a traditional freshman double in the North Residential Village and as such usually houses two inhabitants. Along with its ample closet and storage space, the Observatory shares a full-size bathroom with the East Wing, making it one of the most desirable rooms in the house.

In the spring of 2005, the Observatory received a new coat of paint, matching one of our fraternity colors, cardinal purple.
